Sends a WhatsApp text message to the resolved target and confirms back to the trigger sender.

Required parameters
- <target> — Recipient of the relayed message. Resolved to an international digits-only number before sending.Accepts: phone number (+41…, 0041…, 079…) or a known contact name
- <message> — Everything after the target is sent verbatim as the message body.Accepts: free text
